Course Description:

This workshop is a hands-on exploration of various methods for incorporating your silk into garments and accessories. We will focus on the appropriate methods for creating professional looking seams, hems, and finishes on a variety of types of silk.  The workshop will include: selecting appropriate needles, thread, stitch types and lengths, tension adjustments, presser feet, etc. as well as choosing machine vs. hand methods for constructing your garments.
